EdoMatch was built to bridge that gap—with technology, purpose, and people at the core.

Our team is a mix of entrepreneurs, engineers, creatives, recruiters, marketeers, investors, strategic partners and growth specialists, all passionate about one shared goal: to create equal opportunity for everyone. From Frustration to Innovation
EdoMatch was born from a shared frustration and an ambitious idea. Founders Chris, Jelle and Tim came together in Africa and witnessed firsthand how broken the recruitment process was—long hiring times, lack of visibility, and widespread mismatch between talent and company needs.
